I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome I received at check-in. The staff were incredibly helpful and made me feel right at home. Plus, they gave me a glass of delicious Porto to kickstart my stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and had beautiful windows that let in plenty of natural light. Despite the construction work going on nearby, the staff made sure to inform me in advance, allowing me to plan accordingly. Although the noise during the day was unavoidable, it didn't bother me too much as I was out exploring Porto most of the time. I had a great experience at One Shot and would definitely recommend it to others.

I had modern fashionable room with toothpaste, a balcony plus a great view. The location was perfect and the best - a short way from everywhere I wanted to go. Everything was nice and within 18 minutes' drive of Francisco Sa Carneiro airport.

Overall it is an exceptional hotel and we really enjoyed the stay, the location was the best close to the subway so easy to reach from the airport. All of the venue's stuff are very knowledgeable. The ambiance is quiet. The room is airy and fashionable with very modern bathroom. There is a lot of excellent food for breakfast. We will come back, thank you for the exceptional stay.
